Richard Lyons has joined McCarter & English as a partner in its real estate and cannabis practices in the firm’s New York and Newark, New Jersey offices, the firm said Monday.
Lyons has experience in real estate leasing and acquisitions and dispositions, commercial agreements, and corporate formation and governance matters, particularly for healthcare and life sciences clients, according to McCarter.
His experience in the cannabis sector includes handling commercial agreements, business counseling, and compliance issues, the firm said.
