Hanover Insurer Sues Tech Company Over Joint Software Dispute

A Hanover Insurance Group Inc. unit sued an Indiana technology company to dodge legal bills in a dispute over software created in a joint venture.

Max Minds LLC was previously sued in December by Triangle Experience Group Inc. for allegedly breaching their joint venture agreement and failing to share revenue generated by the software, which was sold to the US Army and other customers.
