Supreme Court Abortion Pill Ruling Cited in US Obamacare Appeal

It didn’t take long for the Justice Department to use the Supreme Court’s June 13 decision on the abortion pill mifepristone to bolster its appeal of a lower court ruling in a case dealing with the Affordable Care Act.

The high court’s unanimous decision in FDA v.
