Jonathan Wachs joins Dickinson Wright as a member of its intellectual property and cannabis practices in Washington, the firm said Monday.
Wachs provides strategic counseling on state regulations for cannabis applicants, operators and stakeholders, and facilitates sales and purchases of cannabis cultivation, processing and dispensary businesses, according to the firm.
He also counsels clients on how to develop, register, enforce, and transfer IP assets, the firm said.
