Benjamin Brickner Joins PierFerd as Partner in Corporate Unit

Benjamin Brickner has joined Pierson Ferdinand as a partner in the corporate department, the firm said Thursday.

Brickner has advised numerous startups and early-stage fintech companies on their financial regulatory obligations, assisted real-world asset tokenization projects, and guided businesses through the complex and quickly evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding fintech and blockchain technology

Brickner was a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, the firm said.
