Yahoo’s Isikoff Beats Defamation Claims Over Seth Rich Podcast

Michael Isikoff, Yahoo! News’ chief investigative reporter, had his win in a defamation case affirmed by the D.C. Circuit Friday, after the appeals court said a man who was the subject of some episodes of the Conspiracyland podcast failed to allege actual malice on Isikoff’s part.

The first season of Isikoff’s Conspiracyland podcast focused on the 2016 killing of Democratic National Committee worker Seth Rich and the conspiracy theories about Rich’s death.
