US Prosecutors Recommend DOJ Criminally Charge Boeing: Reuters

US prosecutors have recommended to senior Justice Department officials that Boeing Co. face criminal charges for violating a settlement related to two fatal crashes, Reuters <-bsp-bb-link state="{"bbDocId":"SFJYFDMB2SJK","_id":"00000190-474e-d497-a7fb-ef4f9d620001","_type":"0000016b-944a-dc2b-ab6b-d57ba1cc0000"}">reported, citing two people familiar with the matter it didn’t identify.

The people didn’t specify what criminal charges Justice Department officials are considering. The charges could extend beyond the original 2021 fraud conspiracy charge, Reuters said, citing one of the people.
