The US Department of State has again awarded Sicre Ile de France a contract to build a new residential facility at the US Embassy in Paris, following a corrective action by the department.
The department made its decision after receiving revised proposals and after discussions with Sicre and protester Framaco-Bozdemir JV, the government told the US Court of Federal Claims in a June 18 notice.
Framaco-Bozdemir protested the initial award of a $45.5 million contract on Oct. 20. Judge Kathryn C. Davis remanded the dispute to the department in a Feb. 12 order.
