Semaine Health Co. misleads customers into thinking its PMS & Period Support supplement is clinically proven to rapidly relieve many common PMS symptoms, a proposed consumer class action alleges.
The company “blends a potpourri of vitamins and supplements that are promoted on social media and sound enticing when ‘googled,’ but which fail to deliver at the dosing levels and regime” associated with the supplement, the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California says.
