Honda Hit With Labor Board Complaint Over Auto Union Fight (2)

A federal labor board official has accused Honda Motor Co Ltd. of violating the rights of workers aiming to unionize an Indiana plant.

Honda unlawfully ordered employees to remove United Auto Workers stickers from hardhats and threatened to discipline workers for supporting the union, a National Labor Relations Board regional director said in a complaint filed Tuesday. Federal labor law allows workers to express support for a union without retaliation.
