Duane Morris Names Ted Chiappari Immigration Chair of Employment

Duane Morris has named partner Ted Chiappari chair of the immigration division of the firm’s employment, labor, benefits and immigration practice group, the firm announced Thursday.

Chiappari succeeds partner Lisa Spiegel, who has held the position since 2019, according to the announcement.

Chiappari practices in the area of business immigration. He represents companies seeking to acquire temporary work permits or permanent resident status for their foreign employees. He also represents people on maintenance of US resident status while abroad and on citizenship matters, including dual citizenship and loss of citizenship, the firm said.
