DraftKings, MGM Keep Wins Over Gaming Patent-Infringement Suits

The Federal Circuit deemed a handful of patents asserted against online betting sites, including DrafKings Inc. and BetMGM, abstract and thus ineligible for patent protection—dooming six suits that date to 2021.
