DC Gets Lawyer’s Suit Over Revoked Conditional Job Offer Knocked

An attorney suing the District of Columbia for revoking a conditional job offer and allegedly damaging her chance for future employment with the government because of information found on a background check isn’t entitled to more due process than she already received, the D.C. Circuit said, affirming a lower court’s decision.
