EOS Hospitality bought Brooklyn’s 183-room luxury hotel The William Vale for $177 million following a years-long bankruptcy involving its owner, All Year Holdings.
All Year filed for bankruptcy in 2021 and sold off the hotel as part of its reorganization plan. The former-bankrupt developer paid out all outstanding secured bonds from the proceeds of the sale, according a release by A&G Real Estate Partners, which helped facilitate the sale.
